Triple XD Engine

This new technology emerged in 2013 as a method of providing more natural images. With an advanced image processor, the Triple XD Engine renders each scene far more precisely than previous generations. Pentouch

Draw, paint, edit your photos, share notes and plans with your family, create impressive presentations, and easily work with content from your computer. LG TVs are equipped with unique Pentouch technology, which allows you to perform the same tasks on the big screen as on the touch displays of your smartphone, tablet, or touchscreen computer. The stylus functions as a wireless computer mouse, making it useful when browsing the web on your big screen TV.

Magic Remote

The Magic Remote provides a highly convenient and advanced way to control LG smart TVs. You have 4 modes of remote control:

• Cursor – point and click anywhere on the Home Dashboard
• Gesture – make complex commands with simple gestures
• Wheel – scroll the cursor up and down the menu
• Voice – control the TV using voice commands

Smart Share

Browse and share content from other devices on your big screen TV. Smart Share offers up to 6 ways to quickly and easily enjoy content stored on your computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet or other device:

• Intel WiDi – direct wireless connection between the TV and the laptop through Intel WiDi (Wireless Display)
• Miracast – direct wireless connection using standard WiFi between the TV and smartphones or tablets
• DLNA – stream videos, music and photos at home using a computer network between the TV and all compatible devices, such as standalone NAS, PCs, laptops, smart phones and tablets
• MHL – cable connection between the TV and smartphone enabling mirroring of the TV screen 
• Tag On – one-touch wireless connection based on NFC tags between your TV and a smart phone that supports NFC technology, for instant sharing of content on the TV screen
• USB – connect your digital camera, MP3 player or USB hard drive via the USB port and share photos, music or HD movies through the TV screen 

Cinema 3D

3D TV is better for your eyes as it eliminates image flicker caused by conventional 3D glasses, so you can enjoy 3D images for a long time without feeling dizzy or tired. Unlike conventional 3D TVs, LG CINEMA 3D has Smart TV "flicker-free" certification and provides brighter 3D images, eliminating eye strain and providing clear and sharp 3D images without blurring. LG TVs with Cinema 3D technology have been approved by the prestigious European Eye Clinic LEXUM, confirming the safety of passive 3D technology for the human eye.

3D World

3D World is an exclusive 3D content service for LG smart TVs with CINEMA 3D technology, which you can easily access from the "Home Dashboard" panel. Quality 3D content is divided into 5 different categories – entertainment, sport, music, education, and children. You can now indulge in top movies, sports clips, music videos and 3D video on demand (VOD). Service availability may vary by region. An Internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbit/s is required.
