Complex of highly active enzymes supplemented with vitamin C and rutin
Walzym® capsules is an enzyme preparation that is designed so that the individual ingredients have a synergistic effect. Walzym® contains a suitably formulated complex of highly active proteolytic enzymes for both short-term (intensive) and long-term use. The product is also enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise and contributes to the formation of collagen, which is important for the quality of the vein wall, cartilage and skin. Another synergistic ingredient is rutin (buckwheat extract) - a bioflavonoid that is a highly stable antioxidant and has a positive effect on the vascular wall. Enzymes are substances of natural origin that have the ability to efficiently control and catalyse (accelerate) biochemical processes. Proteolytic enzymes, especially trypsin and chymotrypsin, play an important role in metabolism and are involved in the breakdown of metabolites (waste products of biochemical reactions). The acid-resistant capsule provides the enzymes with protection against acidic gastric juice and the capsule dissolves only in the slightly alkaline environment of the small intestine. The high activity of the contained enzymes and the administration in the form of acid-resistant (enterosolvent) capsules, without chemical dyes, allow comfortable use and also a strong and fast effect of Walzym® enzyme capsules. Proteolytic enzymes, especially trypsin and chymotrypsin, have an important role in the body from the point of view of biochemistry of metabolism and participate in the removal of metabolites (waste substances of biochemical reactions) through proteolysis. Nutritional products with a high content of the enzyme complex trypsin, chymotrypsin and vitamin C have been used for many decades and with excellent results not only in top athletes.
- Enzyme preparations with proteolytic enzymes are based on research in the second half of the 20th century and are mainly based on a combination of 4 proteases: the body's own enzymes Trypsin and Chymotrypsin and the plant enzymes Bromelain and Papain. Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. For conditions requiring a more intensive approach, adults take 2 capsules 2 times a day. Short-term (max. 10 days) can be taken up to 2 times a day 3 capsules. For children aged 10 years and older, we recommend taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. Take the unchewed capsules on an empty stomach, i.e. at least 2 hours after the last meal, with a sufficient amount of water (200 ml) and do not eat or drink drinks containing protein (e.g. milk).
Notice
Not intended for children under 10 years of age and pregnant women. Do not use if known intolerance to individual ingredients. If you are taking blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking. If you are taking Walzym® Enzyme Capsules and you are scheduled to have surgery, notify your physician and discontinue the product 72 hours before the scheduled procedure. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of sight and reach of children. The preparation is usually very well tolerated. Occasionally, changes in stool consistency, colour and odour may occur with use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Individual batches may vary in fragrance intensity and subtle yellow colouring. The best before date is marked on the packaging.
Storage
Store in a dry and dark environment at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
