Recommended dosage
Age 5 to 10 years:
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day.
Older persons:
Take 2 capsules 2 times a day.
Take the capsules whole, unchewed. Take them on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after a meal. Take the capsules with a sufficient amount of water (100 ml). After taking, wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking protein-containing beverages.
