4 capsules daily, ideally 2 in the morning and 2 at midday with meals, with plenty of water. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not intended for children under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. May reduce blood clotting. Contains 60 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. You should not consume the product if you consume other products that contain green tea on the same day. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Protect from heat, frost and moisture. Once opened, store in a dry place up to 25 °C, carefully sealed and use within 4 months.
