Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 4 capsules. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon with meals. Do not take on an empty stomach. Wash down with plenty of water. Regular use around the same time can promote a consistent user experience. Give the product time, how quickly the first results will appear is very individual. If you are going through a prolonged period of increased mental stress then for optimal results we recommend taking it for at least 3 months, however the first results may come much sooner.

It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not intended for children under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. May reduce blood clotting. Contains 60 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. You should not consume the product if you consume other products that contain green tea on the same day. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Coffee and other caffeinated beverages may affect the absorption of the substances contained. Take 1-2 hours apart. Alcohol may adversely affect the absorption of some substances, so we recommend not to take the product at the same time as consuming alcohol.
Storage
Protect from heat, frost and moisture. Once opened, store in a dry place up to 25 °C, carefully sealed and use within 4 months. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage.
