Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 2-3 capsules. The use can be individually adjusted according to the need and level of load. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day. Wash down with plenty of water. This will ensure that it is perfectly dissolved and properly absorbed in your body. Ideally spread the use of capsules throughout the day for optimal absorption and tolerance. Take immediately after a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach. Taking it after meals ensures maximum gentleness to your digestion. The product is suitable for daily magnesium supplementation, especially during periods of high stress, during hectic schedules or as part of a long-term routine aimed at sufficient magnesium intake.
Notice
It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage. Not intended for children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a physician for use. Keep out of reach of children. Coffee and other caffeinated beverages may interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, so we recommend a time gap of at least 1-2 hours between consumption and use of the product. Alcohol may adversely affect the absorption of some substances, so we recommend not to take the product at the same time as consuming alcohol.
Storage
Protect from heat, frost and moisture. Once opened, store in a dry place up to 25 °C, carefully sealed and use within 3 months. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage.
