PLA: Bioplastic from renewable sources
The cups are made of PLA (polylactic acid) bioplastic, which is derived from renewable resources, specifically corn starch. This material is an eco-friendly choice. An important feature of PLA is its limited temperature resistance, which is why the cups are intended exclusively for cold drinks with a temperature of up to 40°C. After use, they can be recycled by placing them in a plastics recycling bin.
Not suitable for drinks with a temperature above 40°C.
