Yuzu Syrup is a concentrate intended for the preparation of a beverage. It combines a citrus aroma with a hint of bitterness and spiciness. It contains 29% fresh Yuzu citrus juice, cane sugar, water, stevia, fruit sugar and vitamin C.
To prepare the drink, use 20-30 ml of Yuzu Syrup, topped up with 250-300 ml of ideally sparkling and chilled water. Yuzu Syrup can also be added to desserts and dressings.
