It depends on whether you've already used your AlzaPlus+ benefits and which membership type you have:

If you haven't used your membership at all: You can cancel at any time, and we'll automatically refund the amount paid to your account. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

If you've already used your membership:

Annual membership: You can cancel within 14 days of purchase or automatic renewal. In this case, we'll refund the membership fee minus the standard cost of any benefits you've already used for free (e.g., deliveries made).

Monthly membership: If you have already taken advantage of benefits during the month, we typically do not refund the membership fee, since the standard value of the benefits exceeds the fee. Any possible refund would only apply to the current month.

If the membership was paid by card, it renews automatically. You can also turn off automatic renewal at any time directly on the Alza.cz website after logging into your profile. The membership will then no longer renew automatically, but will end the day after the period it was paid for (for example, if the monthly membership was paid on April 1 at 15:00 and cancelled on April 20, you can still use free delivery until April 30 at 15:00. After that, deliveries will be charged at the standard rate).
