Comas Croscat Deep frying pan, non-stick surface, height 70 mm, diameter 240 mm

The Comas Croscat deep aluminium frying pan has a diameter of 24cm. Its internal Teflon surface lets you cook with a minimal amount of fat. The pan is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. Thanks to its overall design, it can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 250°C and then washed in the dishwasher.

Material composition for efficient cooking

The body of the pan consists of an aluminium core, which distributes heat effectively and evenly across the entire base. The outer stainless steel layer contributes to its durability and full compatibility with induction hobs. The inner non-stick Teflon surface prevents food from sticking, and to preserve its properties, we recommend using wooden or silicone utensils. It features an ergonomic stainless steel handle for a comfortable grip.
