The De Buyer 3437.16N double-walled stainless steel saucepan was made for heating in a water bath . It is designed for heating at low temperatures, keeping sauces warm, melting chocolate, etc. You fill the hollow space with water through the hole in the handle, place it on a heat source and add the food to be heated. There are minimum and maximum water level marks on the inner wall.
