Dell PowerEdge T160
The Dell PowerEdge T160 server is a compact desktop solution designed to meet the needs of growing SMBs and Near-Edge deployments. Thanks to its space-saving chassis, it easily integrates into offices, warehouses or retail spaces without requiring a dedicated server room. The construction uses unpainted steel and is equipped with a filter frame to protect the internal components from dust and grease. This ensures optimum airflow and reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. The model is delivered without an operating system, which allows a flexible choice of software environment according to specific requirements.

Dell PowerEdge T160 Server Key Features
- Powerful single-processor server with support for Intel Xeon E-2400 processors
- Support for modern DDR5 operating memory for faster speeds
- NVMe BOSS controller option for fast system boot
- Protective filter frame to prevent the ingress of dust and dirt
- Dell OpenManage advanced tools for infrastructure management and automation
- Integrated security with hardware root of trust and boot protection

Performance and expansion options
The basis of the computing power is the quad-core Intel Xeon E-2414 processor with an operating frequency of 2,600 MHz, which can automatically increase up to 4,500 MHz in Turbo Boost mode. The processor supports advanced features such as multithreading and virtualization, which increases efficiency when processing multiple tasks simultaneously. The assembly is equipped with 16 GB of modern DDR5 memory with a frequency of 5,600 MHz, which ensures fast system response. A 2TB hard drive with a capacity of 7,200 rpm and a SATA III interface is used for data storage. The server has a total of three 3.5" drive slots, leaving two free for future storage expansion.

Connectivity and system administration
The device offers a rich connector lineup including three USB 2.0 ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 high-speed connectors and a VGA graphics output. The network connection is made via RJ-45 interface. The power supply for the components is provided by a 300 W power supply. In terms of security and management, the server uses a cyber-resilient architecture with a Silicon-based Root of Trust feature and supports Dell OpenManage tools for effective monitoring and management of IT infrastructure.
