Dr. Popov Psyllium SLIM capsules combine the positive effects of psyllium fibre with other active natural ingredients (spirulina, green tea extract, garcinia and nettle) for intensive weight loss. Thanks to its complex formula, it effectively aids weight loss.
Ingredients
Psyllium Plantago ovata (purified husks of psyllium seeds, highest possible quality), inulin, green tea extract, spirulina powder, nettle extract, garcinia extract, capsule shell – edible gelatine.
Recommended dosage
Taking Dr. Popov's Psyllium fibre in capsules is very convenient. Simply take 2 capsules twice a day and wash them down thoroughly with at least 250ml of water or another liquid, for example, herbal tea.
The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. Due to the fibre content, it is necessary to maintain an adequate fluid intake.
The maximum daily dose contains: psyllium 2,400mg, inulin 450mg, green tea extract 60mg, spirulina powder 60mg, nettle extract 15mg, garcinia extract 15mg.
Warning
Dr. Popov's Psyllium must be taken at least 1 hour apart from other medicines and food supplements. Psyllium fibre is a food supplement. Dr. Popov's Psyllium is non-addictive. It contains no added sugars, chemicals or colourings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of psyllium fibre. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children under 6 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children.
