ELO Bistro Line WOK pan with auxiliary handle 28 cm

The WOK ELO Bistro Line combines a lightweight aluminium base with the strength of forged material. Thanks to the PFAS- and PTFE-free ELODUR® Select surface, nothing sticks, yet it can withstand everyday cooking. It can handle vegetables or meat without fat, but even higher temperatures won't shock it. It can easily go in the oven up to 240 °C. The perforated induction base distributes heat evenly and works with all types of hobs. The long stainless steel handle fits comfortably in the hand, the help handle makes it easier to carry. The ELO Bistro Line pan is easy to maintain and can be put in the dishwasher.
