Thanks to the special Akkutherm sandwich and accumulation bottom distributes heat efficiently and makes cooking energy efficient. The inside of the pot is satin smooth and features an integrated measuring scale, which is handy for measuring liquids accurately. The bottom has a dispensing system for oil, the inner ring corresponds to one teaspoon of oil and a tablespoon of oil is indicated by the larger ring. The solidly welded stainless steel handles do not heat up when cooking. Includes glass lid with stainless steel rim and handle.
