Flair 58
The Flair 58 is a professional-grade, fully manual lever espresso machine designed to maximize workflow and espresso quality during home brewing. The latest gold standard in manual espresso brings the first industry-standard 58mm Flair portafilter, as well as a more robust frame and lever for easier extraction at higher pressures. Flair 58 also includes customer requested improvements in preheat and workflow, specifically a preheat temperature controller and a new valve piston that also includes a puck screen. Simply set the steaming head to one of three temperature modes to ensure proper preheating and thermal stability with every shot. Water for extraction can be refilled without removing the plunger. The Flair 58 represents the gold standard of manual espresso from Flair.

The low flow 18g cup is the ideal complement
The low-flow cup with a capacity of 18 grams is an ideal addition to every home barista's equipment and allows for dosing in the range of 16 - 22 grams. Compared to a standard straight-walled cup, the Flair 58 allows for easier extraction tuning due to the ability to use coarser grinds, resulting in better compatibility with a wider range of grinders. The straight-walled cup, on the other hand, requires a grind fineness equivalent to commercial espresso machines.
