CATTARA Grill HYBRID CORE
The CATTARA HYBRID CORE is a hybrid grill that allows you to use the main grill area as a gas grill or a charcoal grill, depending on the type of grilling you want to use. The main barbecue area is equipped with three gas burners with Flame Tamer system. By equipping the main grill area with charcoal containers, you can use the grill for charcoal only without a gas cylinder attached. The construction of the grill is made of steel sheet with a durable black finish and a polished front panel. The lid has a built-in thermometer and a practical wide stainless steel handle.

In the main cooking area, the grill has 3 main burners with Flame Tamer system. Each burner has its own regulation and piezo ignition. There is also one smaller side cooker on the grill. You can prepare two different dishes at the same time. The space also has a storage rack for keeping food warm. The grill is also equipped with several storage compartments including a side shelf. It is equipped with 4 castors for easy moving of the grill. Two are also braked for safe positioning.
Flame Tamer System
Metal profiles are placed directly above the burners to prevent grease from dripping between the flames of the gas burner and catching fire. Any fat dripping from the grilled meat runs down the sides of the grill into the drip tray at the bottom of the grill. This increases the lifetime of the burners and reduces maintenance requirements.
