The DuraHome 25L ceramic hermetic crock with a lid is made of high-quality material. The crock is completely covered with glaze, which makes it easy to clean and acid-resistant, making it ideal for preparing pickled foods such as gherkins, cabbage, and peppers. Thanks to its large size, the crock is perfect not only for home use but also for commercial use in restaurants or buffets. To create an oxygen-free atmosphere in the crock, simply pour water into the water seal groove and close it with the lid. Carbon dioxide pushes the air out, and the water prevents it from getting back in. Due to the handmade nature of the product, individual pieces may vary slightly.
