Easy Flip technology for direct and indirect grilling
The Compactchef grill is equipped with the unique Easy Flip technology, which allows two ways of grilling - direct and indirect. The aroma funnel located between the grill grid and the circular burner can be adjusted to two different positions. If you want to roast steak, just turn the funnel to the volcano position, where all the heat is concentrated in the middle of the grid. In indirect grilling, the heat is distributed evenly and the funnel drains the dripping juices into a container hanging under the grill. Thanks to the temperature, it also ensures their partial evaporation, which gives the food itself and the surroundings the right aroma.
