Create bold and tasty grilling grids on meat, fish and vegetables on the new Spirit® EP-435 gas grill with four burners, two of which provide 40% more power in the Sear Zone, plus a side burner for sauces and side dishes. Each burner can be easily lit with one hand using the Snap-Jet ignition system and the heat can be precisely controlled over the entire temperature range from high to low. With the digital thermometer, which can be easily monitored day or night, you can instantly check the temperature of your food. Plates, condiments and utensils are always at hand thanks to the two solid stainless steel side tables that are compatible with the Weber Works insert system, while accessories can be easily snapped onto the side rails.

Maximum use of space
Make the most of the space by adding various Weber Works insertable accessories (sold separately) to the side table and accessories (sold separately) with the option to clip onto the side rails. Complete your grill with a beverage holder, additional utensil hooks or flexible lighting, a cast iron pot, poultry rack and add additional features with the included Weber Crafted® grill grates. These grates can be fitted with customised Gourmet BBQ System grilling equipment (sold separately).
Always a clean work surface
Four utensil hooks are included to keep the turners and tongs close at hand at all times. This leaves two side tables free for food preparation and serving. Other features include a grease removal system with removable container that can be easily slid out for quick and convenient cleaning. The cabinet with a door is used to store the gas cylinder and grilling accessories. The grill is equipped with two swivel castors and two lockable swivel castors, which ensure easy handling and safe stability during grilling.
Distinctive taste of prepared food
The grill is equipped with a Weber Crafted® porcelain enamelled cast iron grill grate, which perfectly accumulates and retains heat, contributing to even grilling. A digital thermometer integrated in the control panel allows precise monitoring of the temperature inside the grill day and night. Flavorizer® Bars contribute to a higher intensity of flavor by capturing dripping juices, evaporating them back to the grilled food, and drawing fat away from the burners to help prevent flames from igniting. A warming rack is also included, which can be used to keep finished dishes at the ideal temperature or to toast buns over the main grill grate.
