The 3-layer non-stick surface is characterized by its coarse structure, thanks to which fat and juices from the dish do not spill only to the edges of the dish, but are evenly distributed over the entire surface of the saucepan and under the dish, resulting in perfectly juicy and crispy dishes with a distinctive flavor. At the same time, it is suitable for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat, depending on the ingredients used, even without a single drop of fat. In addition, it does not contain any harmful substances such as PFOA or lead, so the resulting dishes do not lose their vitamins during cooking. The inner layer is highly scratch-resistant and guarantees a long service life of the saucepan. Reinforced, perfectly flat, all-stainless steel bottom for maximum cooking or frying efficiency. Energy-efficient cooking is ensured by a robust hardened body made of thick cast aluminum, which heats up quickly over the entire surface and has excellent thermal conductivity.
