Use of Kneipp bath salts
For the ultimate wellness experience, fill the cap ¾ full with salt and pour the salt into the warm water. Let it dissolve thoroughly. The water temperature should be around 36-38°C and the bath should last 15-20 minutes. After the bath, gently dry yourself and rest for 30 minutes. Salt does not stain the bath, but avoid direct contact of bath crystals with scratch-prone surfaces. The contents are sufficient for 8-10 baths.
