Performance for Business Communication
At the heart of the computer is an Intel Core i5-1145G7E Tiger Lake processor with four cores, eight threads and a frequency that reaches up to 4.1GHz in boost mode. Thanks to Hyper-Threading and virtualisation support, it can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, which is key for video conferencing with screen sharing. The Intel vPro platform also makes remote management and maintenance easier for IT departments. The system is complemented by 16GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3,200MHz. Fast booting of the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise operating system and all applications is handled by a 256GB SSD with an M.2 PCIe NVMe interface.

Intuitive Control
You control the entire system via a separate touch controller with a 10.1" IPS panel. This controller acts as a central hub for managing meetings, joining participants, sharing content and adjusting settings directly within the Microsoft Teams environment. A resolution of 1280×800 pixels provides a clear and sharp display of the controls. Separating the controls from the main computing unit offers great flexibility in cable arrangement and the placement of individual components in the meeting room according to specific needs.

Connectivity and Peripheral Connection
The computer offers modern interfaces for connecting to the network and peripherals. Wireless communication is handled by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting accessories. For a stable connection, an RJ-45 port is available for Gigabit Ethernet. The port selection includes a universal Thunderbolt 4 interface and two HDMI 1.4 outputs for connecting up to two external monitors. There are also two USB-C ports, three USB 3.2 ports and an HDMI input for easy content sharing from a laptop.

Design and Security
The ThinkSmart Core computing unit weighs only 1.1kg, and its compact design will not be intrusive in any professional environment. The controller with its stand measures 168.1×265.5×83.3mm. To save space and for a clean installation, it includes an integrated VESA mount, which allows for flexible placement, for example, behind a display or under a tabletop. Data security is handled by a dedicated Discrete TPM 2.0 chip, and physical protection against theft is provided by a Kensington security slot. Power is supplied by an external 90W adapter.

Its original name was Legend. Later it was renamed to Legend Novo ("New Legend"), abbreviated Lenovo. In 2005 it took over IBM's computer division, which was among the largest computer makers in the world. It is similarly ambitious in the field of mobile phones, where it would like to surpass Apple and Samsung. As far as this goal goes, they acquired Motorola’s mobile division in January 2014 and have been ramping up production since. The company also produces tablets, monitors, televisions, and storage solutions. Overall, they are known for delivering quality products at reasonable prices.
