Ingredients
Active ingredients per 1 capsule (20 mg version): Lutein: 20 mg of Zeaxanthin: about 1 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil): DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) A total of about 200 mg of omega-3 (the exact amount of DHA/EPA is in the package insert) Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol): approx. 6 mg (8.8 IU) Additional substances: Gelatin (capsule shell) Glycerin (humectant) Colouring agents (titanium dioxide, riboflavin, possibly Ponceau 4R) Other excipients that ensure the stability and colour of the capsule.
Recommended dosage
It is taken 1 capsule per day for 6 months. After this period, it is recommended to switch to Lutamax DUO 10 mg as maintenance care.
