Preparation

These times are approximate and it is e.g. it is good to pour some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary, strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. You should like the tea, and if, for example. prefer stronger teas, use more leaves, hotter water or extend the steeping time.
