Ingredients
Elderflower 50%, rose hip, rose hips, elderflower 10%, apple fruit, lemon tree.
Preparation
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one sachet and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
Recommended dosage
Drink 3 times a day.
