Preparation
Infusion:
Pour a cup of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1 tbsp) of leaves and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
Decoction (more concentrated):
Briefly boil 2 heaped teaspoons of the crushed herb in 150ml of water and let it stand for 2 hours.

Recommended dosage
Drink 2–3 cups daily. If making a decoction, 1 cup per day is sufficient.
