Elderflower herbal tea offers a wealth of positive effects on the human body; in folk medicine, it is called the "cure for nine ailments". It supports the health of the respiratory system and the normal function of the urinary tract.

Preparation and dosage

Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 teabag and infuse for 5–10 minutes. The tea should always be prepared fresh.
Drink 1 cup per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; the course can be repeated after 2 weeks.
