China Sencha is a classic representative of green tea from the Chinese tea fields. This tea will enchant you with its fresh and slightly sweet taste, which also hides hints of fresh grass. ORIENTAL China Sencha tea is prepared in a 0.5 litre teapot. Pour a total of 10 g of tea into water at a temperature of approximately 80 °C, let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then strain. Pour the second infusion with water at a temperature of approximately 90 °C and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. For a stronger tea, use a larger amount of tea mixture, warmer water or increase the steeping time.
