However, China Sencha tea can be prepared not only as a hot drink, but also in a chilled version. You will get a very refreshing and invigorating drink. This green tea is also packaged in an elegant box, so it will also make a suitable gift.
To prepare a 0.5 litre pot of green tea, pour 10-12 g of tea over 80 °C water and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. If you prefer a stronger infusion, use more tea leaves, or you can extend the steeping time. You can make up to 2 infusions of China Sencha tea. The first brine is poured with water at 80 °C, the second with water at 90 °C.
