Ingredients
Melissa officinalis (Melissa officinalis) leaf and stem.
Preparation
Pour approximately 5 g over 0.3 litres of boiling water (95 °C), let stand for 10 minutes and strain.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
Recommended dosage
Drink 2-3 times a day (e.g. morning and afternoon). To aid digestion, it is advisable to drink a cup 30 minutes before or an hour after a meal.
