Anchovy, also known by its Latin name Tribulus Terrestris, is classified as one of the so-called "cranberries". plant adaptogens and is sought after for its multitude of positive effects on the bodies of both men and women. In the ancient past it was used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, which used e.g. its diuretic property supporting kidney function and proper urinary tract function. Anchorage harmonizes and tunes the body for better performance, both mentally and physically.

Preparation
For 0.5 l of water 2-3 teaspoons of tea, pour water at 100 ºC, the time of infusion 10-15 minutes. The tea is multi-batch - one batch can be poured and infused again; we recommend spacing between each infusion max. 3 h (after a longer time there is a risk of unwanted oxidation of the wet shoot). The infusion time increases with each subsequent infusion according to individual taste.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
