A traditional drink of the South American Indians, prepared from dried crushed leaves of the Paraguayan holly, it is a very popular natural energy drink, which, thanks to its high caffeine content (up to 6.5%), is the leading natural stimulant. In addition to significant physical and mental stimulation, it has a number of other positive effects on the human body - it has a positive effect on kidney function, helps to improve metabolism, normalize blood sugar levels and support the immune system. The drink is traditionally drunk from the so-called. calabashes using a special non-ferrous or bamboo straw bombilla.

Preparation
For 0.5l of water 9-10 teaspoons of tea, pour water at 90 ºC (the water is cooled to this temperature simply by pouring boiling water from one kettle into another, unheated, containers), leaching time 10-15 minutes, or, in the traditional way, leave the tea in the container and drink it with a bombilla.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
