Preparation
We prepare the leaf, flower or stem as an infusion: Pour 250 ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
The root, bark or seeds are prepared as a decoction: 1 teaspoon pour 250 ml of cold water, then boil for 3.5 minutes, let stand and strain.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
