Preparation
For a perfect experience, we recommend using 1 teaspoon of tea for every 150-200 ml of water at 80 °C. Allow the first infusion to infuse for approximately 2 minutes. This tea is ideal for multiple infusions - with each additional infusion, new layers of flavour emerge. For the fourth infusion, lower the water temperature to 70 °C and reduce the infusion time to 30 seconds for a smoother and sweeter result.
