How do I activate and renew my licence?
By purchasing this product, you get a subscription that will automatically renew each year. The subscription is extended without any further action on your part—it simply renews automatically. After purchase, you will receive an electronic licence which you can redeem by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your account on Alza.cz.
2. Go to the My Library section – Software and licences (subscription). Here you will find all your active licences—including options for their renewal and management. If needed, you can change or cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
3. Product installation procedure: visit https://setup.office.com/ and follow the instructions.

Copilot in Excel requires AutoSave to be enabled. This means the file must be saved to OneDrive. The feature does not work for unsaved files.
Copilot features in Outlook apply to email accounts ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or @msn.com and are available in Outlook.com, Outlook built into Windows, Outlook for Mac and iOS, and the apps for the Android system.

- What is an auto-renewing product?
An auto-renewing product within Microsoft 365 means that your subscription will automatically renew for another year after the given period (e.g. 12 months) without you having to manually renew or re-enter your payment details. - Where can I manage my membership (where can I find my licence)?
You can manage your subscription in your Alza account – My Library – Software and licences (subscription) - What happens if I cancel the auto-renewal?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Alza account. After cancelling, your licence will remain active (you will not lose your remaining subscription days), and the next automatic renewal will not be processed. You can also renew your subscription again in the same way. - Can I buy for several years in advance (e.g. 2 years)?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The renewal is done automatically after one year. Therefore, it is not possible to buy multiple subscription units. We therefore do not recommend buying more than 1 item. - I have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, but I buy a Microsoft 365 with auto-renewal early, what happens to my subscription?
- If you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription with, for example, 50 days of subscription remaining and you activate Microsoft 365 with auto-renewal, your Microsoft account will show a subscription from Alza.
- You will not lose the remaining days of your subscription (e.g. 50 days); these unused days will automatically remain in your Microsoft account. If you ever cancel your Microsoft 365 with auto-renewal in the future, these unused days (50 days) will then appear.
- You can activate Microsoft 365 with auto-renewal immediately; you will not lose your original paid subscription. - How do I invite other members to my family (Microsoft 365 Family)?
Adding another user to the family is via an email invitation from the main Microsoft account: https://account. microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/sharing? fref=value-banner-sharing (share button). The new user follows the instructions in the invitation that the other user receives by email. - I placed an order on Alza with a different email than my subscription, is that a problem?
It is not necessary to have the same email address for your Alza and Microsoft accounts. You will receive a licence key from us which you can add to any Microsoft account. It is up to you which Microsoft account you use it for.
