Service - 3D Printer Maintenance ENDER (at Customer's Address)

What does the service contain?

Spare parts are not part of the service and must be purchased separately. We will be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable spare parts.

• Extruder replacement
• Hotend replacement - nozzles, whole plates, engine
• Hotbed replacement - printing pad
• Replacement of endstops - microswitch, sources

To activate the service it is necessary:

• After paying for the order, it is necessary to agree to the license conditions: “My Alza - My Library - License“ (only after this step will the service be registered automatically).
• To verify your purchased service, you will be contacted by phone (on weekdays Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. ) and you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail accepting the request for the implementation of the service.
• If you have a cash on delivery order, you will find the key to display this service in the cash on delivery box.
• No later than 1 working day, you will be contacted by a technician who will arrange with you the exact time of implementation (on working days Mon-Fri 7 am-7pm. ).

Conditions for the proper functioning of the service

• The service only applies to the ENDER 3 or ENDER 3 Pro model in the basic version without hardware modifications
• The service can be performed only after the customer has spare parts available
