The blend for restful sleep is a traditional herbal remedy used for conditions of general restlessness and irritability, for mild disorders of falling asleep and staying asleep, and for mild digestive disorders associated with stress. The product can be taken by adolescents from 12 years and adults. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use.
Dosage and method of use
Always use this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Dosing:
Recommended dosage for adolescents 12 years and older and adults is 1 funnel bag 3 times a day.
Method of administration:
1 sachet (2.1 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse in a covered container for 5-10 minutes. It must not be cooked. Tea is drunk warm. For sleep and falling asleep disorders, use 2 funnel bags for 1 cup of tea at bedtime. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
Length of use:
If you do not feel better within 14 days or if you feel worse, consult your doctor.
Contraindications
Like all medicines, this medicine may have side effects, but they may not occur
in everyone.
When following the recommended doses and method of use, they are unknown.
Digestive discomfort (vomiting sensation, abdominal cramps) has been described with Valerianae radix.

Lemon balm essential oil can pass into breast milk and the breastfed baby then experiences a mild sedative (calming) effect.
Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C in the original packaging to protect the product from moisture. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date the expiry date indicated on the box and the packaging of the pouch after EXP. Shelf life applies the last day of the month indicated.
