The basis of the Grumpy Old Man tincture is Chinese herbs or yao. Only the highest quality ingredients are used for maximum effectiveness and the finished tincture is no longer diluted. The Grumpy Old Man Tincture is based on the traditional Chinese medicine recipe Suan Zao Ren Tang Jia Wei. The mechanism of release of active substances during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intense compared to herbal decoctions or hot water extracts. When using tinctures, the active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher effectiveness.

The individual YaoMedica tincture formulas are based on the experience and proven practices of traditional Chinese medicine, which has been around for more than 4,000 years. Her view of man is holistic. It looks at the body as a whole and at the same time understands it as part of the environment. Balance and harmony is the way to deal with the many difficulties that our current lifestyle brings us. And not only at the level of the physical body, but also at the level of the psyche.

- Suan Zao Ren - jujube, seed - Sem. ziziphi spinosae - 12,3g
- Dan Shen - Red-root sage, root - Rad. salviae - 3,7g
- Zhi Mu- anemarhena asfodelkova, rhizome - Rhiz. anemarrhenae - 3,7g
- Ye Jiao Teng - many-flowered rdesno, stem - Cau. polygoni multiflori - 4,9g
- Bai Zi Ren - eastern redbud, seed - Sem. biotae orientalis - 3,7g
- Fu Shen - coconut leek, fruit with root - Scler. paradicis poriae cocos - 3,7g
- Zi Wan - starflower, root - Rad. aster - 3,7g
- Sha Ren - amom bushy, fruit - Fruc. amomi - 1.2g
- Gan Cao - licorice, root - Rad. glycyrrhizae - 1.2g
Dosage
It is good to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal.
- The daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts - morning and evening. I.e. if you weigh, for example, 70 kg, you take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. Then the tincture will last for about 15 days.
- Up to three times the dose can be given after consultation with a specialist
- Take tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before or one hour after a meal.
- The tincture can be poured over a little hot water to evaporate the alcohol. This procedure is suitable for children or drivers.
- For one month you usually need 2-3 packs (depending on the daily dose - see above)
