The energy from this highly bioavailable and absorbable magnesium with malic acid has an energising effect, making it popular with athletes and those in physically demanding professions. This is an organic form of magnesium; magnesium malate contains 120mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. Magnesium, together with vitamin B6, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function.

Recommended dosage
