Free Delivery

You can now enjoy the convenience of free shipping. Simply order your goods and we will deliver them free of charge to your home or to any of our pick-up points. This applies to any item of any value (only books excluded) and delivery by Czech Post.

Discounts

As an Alza Premium member, you can take advantage of discount codes listed on products that are otherwise intended for AlzaPlus+ members.

Immediate Claim Settlement

Our goal is to provide you with the best purchase and after-sale service. We have 30 days to settle a claim. If a defect occurs within 90 days of the purchase, we will exchange the product for a new one immediately! 

Priority Goods Expenditure

The customer comes first. With Alza Premium, you'll literally be the first one! You will receive your goods in preference at our store.

 One Third of Purchase Price

Alza Premium customers can purchase selected goods while paying only one third of their price. The rest can be paid within 3 months.
