The NT1 is a quite revolutionary studio microphone with 1 cardioid condenser. Although the NT1 shares a lot of similarities with the NT1-A, the microphone has been completely redesigned from the ground up, leaving only the same head. It is ranked among one of the quietest studio microphones in the world - mainly due to its low level of self-made noise, which makes for only 4.5 dBA. And so it is ideal for recordings of voices or environmental events.
The body of the microphone is made of galvanised material with a matte-black finish. There is also a completely new shock mount SMR system Lyra, including a POP stainless steel filter. The microphone has an internal suspension Rycote Lyre. It was designed and manufactured in Australia. The microphone is provided to you in a set along with an SMR shock mount, which also includes a pop filter.
