Siguro Pure Delight Frying Pan
A 28cm diameter, a durable two-layer ILAG® XERADUR 5 ceramic surface, premium 304 stainless steel, and suitability for any type of hob, including induction, and even in the oven up to 250°C – the Siguro Pure Delight frying pan offers all this. High-quality design from food-safe materials
The Siguro Pure Delight frying pan, including the handle, is made of 304 stainless steel, which, like the ILAG® XERADUR 5 ceramic surface, is food-safe and therefore does not contain or release any toxic substances. The handle design itself is also very practical – it is not only ergonomic but also hollow, which means it heats up very slowly. In addition, it is completely sealed, so no water gets inside during washing. It also has a practical hanging hole.

ILAG® XERADUR 5 surface treatment
The ILAG® XERADUR 5 non-stick surface is a two-layer ceramic system based on modern sol-gel technology, which excels in high abrasion resistance and very good non-stick properties. Thanks to its composition, it is ideal for preparing all kinds of food and ensures a long surface life. The ILAG® XERADUR 5 system consists of the following layers:
- A top coat with a sol-gel layer ensures a non-stick effect and easy cleaning.
- A ceramic base coat increases the surface's resistance to mechanical wear.
- A primer layer serves to firmly bond the non-stick surface to the body of the pan.

The aluminium base, supplemented with an induction plate made of ferromagnetic material, ensures fast and even heat distribution and allows for safe use on all types of hobs – ceramic, halogen, gas, electric and induction. The Siguro Pure Delight pan can also be safely used in the oven up to 250°C and can simply be washed in the dishwasher after cooking. The surface of the pan is very hard and durable, but at the same time brittle, so we recommend using only silicone, plastic or wooden kitchen utensils to avoid damaging it.
Frying pan material structure
- The ILAG non-stick coating prevents food from sticking, making cooking and cleaning easier. It reduces the need for oil, which contributes to healthier cooking. It is scratch-resistant and ensures a long lifespan.
- 304 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, which guarantees a long lifespan.
- Aluminium inside the base ensures excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. This means food cooks evenly and reduces the risk of burning. Aluminium is also lightweight, which makes the pan easier to handle.
- The induction plate is made of ferromagnetic material and allows for fast and efficient heat transfer, thus increasing energy efficiency and speeding up cooking.
