Magnesium and vitamin B6 together contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and protein synthesis, to normal mental activity, and they also contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Recommended dosage Solgar Magnesium plus Vitamin B6:
Adults take one (1) tablet daily, ideally with food or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Follow a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It contains natural ingredients and colour variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.
