Gently sparkling Captain Kombucha is a fermented organic green tea based drink with a ginger and lemon flavour. It is handmade in Portugal and Spain. Kombucha is sourced from organic farming and each bottle of Captain Kombucha is made exclusively from BIO certified ingredients.
Gently sparkling refreshment with carefully filtered water
Thanks to fermentation with Captain Kombucha's own (SCOBY) cultures, it contains antioxidants, B vitamins and healthy enzymes that are produced naturally during the fermentation process. The water used is carefully filtered and free of unwanted impurities. Captain Kombucha is sweetened with organic cane sugar, the amount of which is significantly reduced during fermentation. It is ideal as a functional drink for daily support of the body.
