The drink is made from green tea and organic cane sugar. It is fermented with a culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). During fermentation, the sugar evaporates and SCOBY releases antioxidants, B vitamins and healthy enzymes into the drink. Captain Kombucha ZERO is exceptional in that all sugar is eliminated during fermentation. The drink is completely free of sugar and preservatives and will delight you with its exceptional taste.
