Extrifit Long 80 Multiprotein is a multi-component protein that contains protein from eight different sources. Thanks to this combination, it has a balanced amino acid spectrum. A full 75% of the protein content is whey concentrates, hydrolysates and isolates. While the remaining 25% comes from micellar casein and egg protein.

In addition, it is enriched with a complex of seven enzymes - papain, alpha amylase, with bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease and lipase. The protein content is 76%. Long 80 Multiprotein is suitable in all cases where it is necessary to ensure an immediate and longer-term continuous supply of protein. Preparation
Mix the contents of one scoop (30 g) of Long 80 Multiprotein in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-3 scoops) into 2-3 servings.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, carefully sealed. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
