Instructions for cold and heat therapy
The sleeve offers two ways to use it, depending on your needs. For cold therapy, simply put it on directly, as it cools even without pre-chilling. For a more intense effect, you can place it in the fridge for approximately 2 hours. Application should last around 20 minutes. To start heat therapy, heat the sleeve in the microwave. Heat it for a maximum of 20 seconds at 600–800W, check the temperature, and if necessary, continue in 10-second intervals. Leave the warm compress on for about 15 minutes.
