WORKOUT Kangaroo flames speed jump rope

Metal handles and adjustable cable

The 17.7cm metal handles give you a secure and firm grip even during very fast jumping. Smooth motion is ensured by the steel cable with bearings, which does not tangle or twist, something you will particularly appreciate when practising double unders. You can adjust the length of the skipping rope to your height at any time. The bottom of one of the handles has an integrated Allen key, which you can use to easily loosen the screws, move the cable, and secure it again.
