The Swiss Haus Sapphire pot, with a 28cm diameter, is ideal for preparing soups, sauces or stews for the whole family. Its cast aluminium body ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The inner non-stick SAPPHIRE ceramic surface lets you cook with minimal fat and prevents food from sticking. With a 10.5L capacity, you can comfortably cook for a large number of people. The pot is designed for use on all hob types, including induction.

Non-stick surface for healthy cooking

The inside of the pot is coated with a non-stick SAPPHIRE ceramic surface. This means you can cook and stew dishes with minimal fat, without them sticking. Furthermore, the surface is completely free of harmful substances like PFOA, PFAS, lead or cadmium, contributing to healthier meal preparation. The surface is easy to clean; most dirt can simply be wiped away.

Even heating on all hob types

The body of the pot is made from cast aluminium, which conducts heat and ensures it is distributed evenly across the entire base and sides. This shortens cooking time and saves energy. The bottom of the pot features a reinforced ferromagnetic base, which makes the pot work efficiently on induction hobs. It can also be used on gas, electric and ceramic hobs without any issues.

Convenient handling and easy maintenance

The pot includes a glass lid that lets you monitor the cooking process without having to lift it. A small vent in the lid releases excess steam and helps prevent the contents from boiling over. Safe and secure handling of the hot pot is supported by plastic handles with a non-slip Soft Touch finish. After use, you can put both the pot and lid in the dishwasher.
